This database characterizes 1,184 UPEC genomes (filtered from 1,186 after excluding 2 duplicates) derived from human-specific isolates associated with urinary tract pathology.
The final combined dataset consists of 75,069 binary genomic predictors across 176 distinct sequence types. Genomic profiling predicted:
